To obtain a Home Occupation Permit, and a fence permit, you must apply in person at the City Hall. For all other questions you can quickly and easily submit your questions on-line using our On-line Inquiry Portal.

PLANNING DIVISION COUNTER HOURS: Monday - Alternating Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

The Planning Division is responsible for the administration of the General Plan and implementation of the Zoning Ordinance and Specific Plans. The division reviews plans for new and remodeled industrial and commercial development, as well as new residential development, and expansion. The Planning Division works closely with the City Council and Planning Commission in providing technical expertise and research capacity.
