Notice is hereby given that the City of Buena Park ("City") has determined that all general contractors on the Buena Park Fire Station No. 61 Project ("Project") must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid on said project. It is mandatory that all contractors who intend to submit a bid complete the prequalification questionnaire, provide all materials requested by the City’s Director of Public Works (“Director”) or designee, and be approved by the Director to be on the final Prequalified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who fails to comply with these requirements. If two or more business entities expect to bid as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be separately qualified to bid.
