Centerline Ties

Centerline ties are survey lines that connect a point to other surveyed lines to determine the center of an intersection. These can be useful to engineers and architects when designing projects in order to determine exact property limits and Rights-of-Way (ROW). The City of Buena Park Public Works Department is in the process of digitizing all centerline tie records and adding them into our Enterprise GIS services. The map below contains all centerline ties that have been digitized to date. Simply click on any tie point to view information about that tie. To open a scan of the original tie sheet, click on the link at the bottom of the information window. See the picture below for more information.
