Affordable Rental Housing
The Orange County Community Services maintains a list of affordable rental properties throughout Orange County, which includes Buena Park. Affordable Housing Developments in Buena Park
Buena Park has assisted in the development of affordable housing units and ensures that these units remain reserved for low-income families. Click here for a list of completed projects. The Parker Collection and Clark Commons are recent affordable housing projects that the City assisted in developing.
Home Improvement Program
The Home Improvement Program provides low-interest loans to assist low-income homeowners to remodel and repair their Buena Park home.
Housing Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2016/2017
In compliance with SB 341, this Housing Successor Annual Report regarding the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) has been prepared pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34176.1(f) and is dated as of December 31, 2017.
