The City of Buena Park is committed to providing decent and adequate housing for all persons.  We aggressively are working on improving existing housing and expanding the supply of housing for low and moderate-income households. 

Listed below are housing projects, programs, information and services:

New Affordable Housing Projects

Housing Successor Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2015/2016
In compliance with SB 341, this Housing Successor Annual Report regarding the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) has been prepared pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34176.1(f) and is dated as of December 31, 2016.

First-Time Homebuyer
- (CURRENTLY OUT OF FUNDING)
Downpayment assistance program to help low-income households purchase their first home in Buena Park.   The program is currently out of funding and closed.   At this time, there is no estimate of when the program will re-open.

Home Improvement Program
Low-interest loan program to assist low-income homeowners to remodel and repair their Buena Park home.

Orange County Housing Authority Section 8 Program

Orange County Affordable Rental Housing List
