41st Annual Elementary Art Show: March 28 - April 28, 2017

The City of Buena Park invited K-6 students who live in Buena Park and its surrounding cities to participate in the 41st Annual Elementary Art Show. We had a great time at the award's ceremony, you can check out the pictures by clicking here.

This year's theme was "Yes I Can!" - use paint, drawing, or collage to tell us about a recent accomplishment. From scoring the winning goal to helping a family member or friend, no accomplishment is too big or too small!

This year's show is over, but check back in early 2018 for info on submitting work for our next show!

Children's Art Festival and 9th Annual Junior High Art Show: Saturday, April 22, 2017

 Children's Art Festival Image

Thank you to everyone who attended or volunteered at our annual Children's Art Festival! Children and parents enjoyed a day of discovering the arts together. Hands-on art activities, live music, and much more provided a delightful celebration of the rich cultural traditions that thrive in our own backyards! In honor of Earth Day, festival activities focused on being kind to our planet, so craft projects will incorporated found and recycled objects easily found in the home.

Thank you to all the students who submitted work to our Junior High Art Show! We hope to see more of your work next year!
