The Los Coyotes Country Club Development Plan (LCCCDP) Project includes development of 125 luxury golf course-oriented dwelling units, 2 lighted tennis courts, landscape and hardscape improvements to the Los Coyotes Country Club entry including improvements/upgrades to the entry guard house, and minor grading to correct the existing variation in the topography and make the practice area in the southeast area of the golf course more level. The project is located within the existing Los Coyotes Country Club that is located north of Malvern Avenue, south of Rosecrans Avenue and east of Beach Boulevard. The existing vacant administration building north of the Clubhouse and 6 tennis courts will be demolished to allow the development of the residential units.
On September 13 and 27, 2016, the Buena Park City Council approved the General Plan Amendment, Zoning Code Text Amendment, Development Agreement, Tentative Tract Map, and Environmental Impact Report for the LCCCDP.
