Orange County Health Care Agency COVID-19 Hotline at (714) 834-2000; open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Dedicated to calls related to general questions about OC’s efforts to counter COVID-19. It is not a replacement for the Health Referral Line, which for those who are in need of medical attention.
The Orange County Operational Area EOC Hotline at (714) 628-7085; open Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm. Provides non-medical information related to state and county health orders and recommendations, compliance, and enforcement.
Orange County Community Resources, Community Services Program at (800) 510-2020; open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00 pm. This hotline can connect you with the Information and Assistance Center for Aging; Veterans Service Office; and the Workforce Hotline.
The Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) at (844) GET-CHOC (844) 438-2462; open 24/7. CHOC urges parents to call their pediatrician first; this line should be reserved for those who don't have a pediatrician or whose pediatrician’s office is closed.
