The City of Buena Park and the Buena Park Community Redevelopment Agency is committed to providing decent and adequate housing for all persons.  We aggressively are working on expanding the supply of housing for low and moderate-income households.  Click on the links below for descriptions of each affordable housing program available to Buena Park residents.

Public Notices
HUD has notified the city of Buena Park that it will receive $272,279 in federal Community Development Block Act of 2009.  This additional entitlement allocation constitutes a substantial amendment to the City's current 2008-2009 Action Plan Program Year.

Notice of Affordable Restrictions on Transfer of Property
The Buena Park Redevelopment Agency is actively working on developing affordable housing units and ensuring that these units remain reserved for low-income families.  Enclosed is a list of existing affordable housing projects.
