Come celebrate International Jazz Day with an evening of spectacular jazz music.

Enjoy the sounds of Grammy winner and violinist, Dayren Santamaria, performing with her band Dayren Santamaria & Made In Cuba. The African-Cuban artist chose to study violin at age 8 and since then, her passion for music has taken her on a journey around the world and now here to Buena Park.

Her band Dayren Santamaria & Made in Cuba is comprised of Grammy winners and recording artists Oscar Hernandez (Piano), Raul Pineda (Drums/Timbales), Joey De Leon (Congas/Vocals), Alfred Ortiz (Vocals/Percussion), and Ross Schodek (Bass). They perform in the Southland and all around the world.

This day brings together our community, schools, artists, and jazz enthusiasts all over the world to celebrate and learn about jazz and its roots. This live concert will take place in the City's beautiful outdoor theatre, The Plaza.
