Our objective is to provide excellent human resource services to the City of Buena Park staff and the public.  These services include recruitment and selection activities, labor negotiations, job classification and compensation analysis, employee benefits administration, organizational development and training, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), discipline and grievance handling, and employee recognition.

The Human Resources Division provides and supports a qualified, well-trained workforce by serving as human resource consultants and problem solvers. We are here to assist you with all of your career goals.

Who are we? We are a staff of four individuals committed to providing a high level of service and support to our external customers - primarily job applicants - as well as our internal customers - employees, supervisors and managers. The following staff makes up the Human Resources Division:

Eddie Fenton – Human Resources Manager
Marlene Dull – Senior Human Resources Technician
Lydia Flores – Senior Human Resources Technician
Donna Kern – Senior Typist Clerk

The Human Resources Division is open to serve you from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
We are closed alternating Fridays.
