Parking Citation Payments

You may pay your parking citation by including the fine in the envelope provided with the citation.

Payment should be made by check or money order payable to the City of Buena Park. Do not send cash. Please write the citation number on the check. If you do not have the envelope, you may mail payment to:

Please note that failure to pay the fine within 21 days will result in the DMV holding up registration of the ticketed vehicle and continued unpaid citations will cause the vehicle to be impounded by authority 22651(I) CVC.

To contest a citation

You may request a review/hearing by appearing at the Police Department, 6650 Beach Blvd., Buena Park, CA between the hours of 1:00 to 5:00 PM, Tuesdays or 4:00 to 7:00 PM Thursdays.
