The City Clerk oversees the preservation and protection of the public record. Public records are accessible at all times during regular office hours and can be inspected at no charge. In most cases, the City Clerk’s office is able to provide records immediately upon request. On occasion, additional time is necessary to compile requested information as provided for in the Public Records Act. Copies are available at $.10 per page.
